She's just turned 40 and is expecting her third child in just a few months, but Eva Herzigova has proved that she's still got the sultry spark that she became famous for.

In a newly released campaign for footwear label Brian Atwood, the supermodel strips off to take a dip in a swimming pool, embodying Marylin Monroe in Something's Got To Give.

The former Wonderbra model who has her short blonde hair curled in waves, sheds a sheer pink gown in the fashion ad, leaving very little to the imagination.

The risqué new campaign, shot by iconic duo Mert & Marcus, starts with the Czech model strutting around a pool in a pair of the designer's high heels and holding a Martini glass.

Turning her back to the camera, she then takes off her gown and lowers herself into the pool, wearing nothing but her killer heels.

Giggling to herself she swims around the pool before a man brings her glass to the side and then she ducks her head underwater again.

The new Spring/Summer 2013 campaign appears to have been heavily inspired by Marilyn's famous pool scene in her last ever and unfinished film Something's Got To Give.

Marilyn swam nearly nude - save for a pair of flesh-coloured bikini bottoms - in a scene from the 1962 movie.

If the film was finished, it would have been the first time a mainstream actress had shot a nude scene in a movie. That honour, eventually went to Jayne Mansfield the following year in Promises! Promises!

On Wednesday, Eva looked a far cry from her racy campaign as she ran out to get coffee in central London, just days after celebrating her milestone 40th birthday.

The supermodel, who is six months pregnant, was dressed down but on-trend in an oversized grey coat and bottle green tailored trousers.

She might have just starred in the sultry advertising campaign but the Czech star proved that in reality, she's just as down-to-earth as anyone else.

The mother-of-two seemed unfazed by the fact that she'd just left her 30s behind, looking as fresh-faced and natural as ever in her chic ensemble.

She might be about to give birth to her third child in a few months, but Eva looked like she still had a hectic schedule, up bright and early to grab a caffeine fix before her day.

With her blonde wavy hair tied back in a messy ponytail and wearing just a touch of make-up, the model clearly wanted to blend into the crowd.

Making her look as understated as possible, she added a brown bohemian-style scarf to the huge grey coat around her, protecting her bump from the cold snap.

She matched her dark, loose-fitting trousers with a pair of beige flat shoes and grey ankle socks, showing of a hint of skin above them.

Eva hurried into coffee house La Bottega and emerged holding two cups of coffee, perhaps needing it to help with her early start.

Even though she's about to welcome her third child with boyfriend Gregorio Marsiaj, the global star still has work commitments which she's juggling with her mothering duties.

'Being a mother is a hard job, but it's the best in the world. Every day is something new and great,' she said recently.
