TAYLOR Swift is a total drama queen â€" as she scoops a role in the season finale of hit show New Girl.
The country singer, 23, will star in scenes with Zooey Deschanel’s character Jess as season two draws to a close.
Taylor will play a character called Elaine as an important guest at Jess’s best friend Cece’s wedding.

The star will be on set next week to shoot her part according to Entertainment Weekly.
But the unlucky-in-love songstress isn’t new to the concept of acting as she appeared in film Valentine’s Day opposite Twilight’s Taylor Lautner.

She has also had roles in animated film The Lorax, CSI and presented Saturday Night Live.
The quirky series has already included tongue-in-cheek references about the pop beauty and have played song “22†as background music.
