A BRIT singer has become an overnight sensation after wowing TV audiences on Chinaâs Got Talent.
Lecturer Iain Inglis, 30, sings communist revolutionary songs dressed in a Red Army uniform.
Iain, who speaks fluent Mandarin and lives with wife Yu Yangling on Hainan Island in the South China Sea, reached the semi-finals.
He claims communist chiefs banned him from going to the final but he now earns up to £5,000 a night for shows.
Iain, from Cardiff, said: âIâm a tall, white foreigner from Wales singing songs about communism in Chinese. People find it quite hilarious.â
