She is set to burst onto the big screen in her first big movie role in Tyler Perry's Temptation.

And on Saturday Kim Kardashian certainly made an impression as she walked the red carpet in Atlanta for the movie's first screening.

Kim arrived at the AMC Parkway Pointe theater in Cobb County in an embellished black lace dress which featured a dramatic full train.

The frock also displayed the reality star's ample cleavage thanks to its plunging neckline and she teamed it with a pair of sheen leggings and pointed-toe pumps.

As she touched down at the airport earlier in the day Kim, 32, was flanked by her famed glam squad - Joyce and hairdresser Clyde.

Her boyfriend Kanye West had also sent his head of security to escort her.

The camera loves her: Kim is no stranger to the spotlight and looked at ease on the red carpet

The-mother-to beÂ dressed simply in black leggings, and wore her long dark hair up in a ponytail, and she hid her eyes behind large sunglasses.

Maybe the expectant star, who previously starred in 2008's Disaster Movie, wanted some moral support when watching herself in the big screen.

Tyler said of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who was cast before she fell pregnant: 'I wrote this role, Ava, which is perfect for her - a small role that she delivered, she completely, 100% delivered, and she's hysterical.

Kim is no stranger to Atlanta, having spent time in the city filming guest appearances for the Lifetime show Drop Dead Diva in addition to the Temptation role.

The movie is described as: 'An explosive romance about forbidden desires...[it] tells the provocative story of Judith, an ambitious married woman whose temptation by a handsome billionaire leads to betrayal, recklessness and forever alters the course of her life.'

Red carpet celebs scheduled to appear include Perry, the film's writer/director, and cast members Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Lance Gross, Robbie Jones, Renee Taylor and Ella Joyce.

The now-pregnant E! star recently stars alongside Jurnee Smollett, Brandy and Vanessa Williams as a fierce fashionista in the romantic comedy.

Kim has said how excited she was to be a part of it:

'I think that everyone in life can relate to a relationship, whether it's a good one or a bad one, or having trouble, or a blissful situation, and so I think Tyler knows that,' she said.

Acting first: The movie is the reality star's first foray into acting, and Tyler said she was a natural

'There definitely is a Tyler Perry experience. He really makes you feel comfortable and confident, and he works fast,

'But he doesn't stop until he gets exactly what he needs from you, so he challenges you, at the same time making you feel so comfortable.'

The film makers did wonder whether Kim would be able to fly after a recent health scare, but the star was right on cue, touching down in Atalanta on Saturday afternoon.

Tyler Perry's Temptation is in theaters March 29.
