CORRIE's Faye Windass is set to falsely accuse mum Anna of child abuse.
The adopted youngster, played by Ellie Leach, will claim her mum has been hitting her in a bid to go and live with biological dad Tim Metcalfe.
Anna (Debbie Rush) is left horrified after the devious 11-year-old is taken away by social services in the upcoming storyline.
Anna tells boyfriend Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies): "She's told social services I've hit her and tomorrow she's being interviewed by the police. What do I do?"
While builder Owen tries desperately to reassure her, insisting: "You've done nothing wrong. She's a kid making up stories."
Faye's dad Tim (Max Carr) arrived in Weatherfield in January leading Anna to become terrified she might lose her daughter.
