The Bad Teacher star went for her usual intense workout at the gym Saturday morning, and promptly rewarded herself with an iced tea.

The 40-year-old exited the facility still looking flush from her session, and held the cup of cool liquid to her face to cool herself off.
Wearing a pair of black yoga pants, Cameron paired it with a white, long-sleeved cotton shirt with a hood. Over that, the actress slipped on a light blue jean vest.Â
While she wore no make-up, the Charlie’s Angel actress was well groomed and showed off freshly manicured fingers.

Longtime trainer Teddy Bass has said the leggy blonde uses a mixture of Pilates, cardio, and weight training to keep her shape.
 ‘That seems to be the best combination for women over 30,’ he once said. ‘Women need weight â€" it’s great for building the butt.’
