Backstreet’s back, all right!
The Backstreet Boys were awarded with their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday 17 years after the release of their self-titled debut album.
The Grammy Award-winning boy band made up of AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson and Nick Carter has sold more than 130 million albums worldwide.
“In Stone!!!†tweeted Littrell. “Thank GOD.â€
Carter also expressed his gratitude by writing, “Huge day. Receiving a star on Hollywood blvd. WOW! Thank you to all our fans.â€
The group received the 2,485th star on the walk, which is near the Live Nation building in Los Angeles.
