Kim posted a photo on Twitter of her face covered in her blood, but don’t worry this was no accident it is the latest celebrity trend called ‘Vampire Facial’.
The treatment consists of blood being drawn from your arm, put in a centrifuge (which spins the blood to separate the platelets) then applied to the face using acupuncture needles.

Kim’s reaction to the procedure was mixed saying “I love trying anything that makes you look and feel younger†before the process begun, but then said “Owww. Oh my God. I will never get a facelift if it feels like thatâ€
We actually find the picture terrifying, and cannot see why anyone would want this done. Ouch!
