A WOMAN brightens up an otherwise dull government press conference - by stripping down to her underwear.
Monica Dixon peeled off her clothes outside the State House in Columbia, South Carolina, yesterday during a speech about a new anti-littering initiative.
The 42-year-old then strolled past the podium wearing just her knickers and bra, before being tackled by two police officers.

Full marks go to the MC of the event, who drew laughs from the crowd with his commentary of the bizarre striptease.
As he watched Dixon disrobe, he announced: "You've got littering of all shapes and sizes, I can tell you right now."
He then thanked the cops who stepped in and lead her away.

Dixon refused to reveal to cops what her motive for stripping was.
She has been charged with disorderly conduct.
