There were bound to be some pretty impressive ensembles when the contestants from series five of RuPaul’s Drag Race got together for a reunion.Â
But it was Detox, who came in fourth in the competition, who stole the show with his inventive and mesmerising appearance at the event in Los Angeles.
The drag queen, who has starred in a music video with Rihanna in the past, created the effect of being a moving black and white photograph using seriously impressive make-up skills.

Posing up alongside Candis Cayne the full effect of the make-up good be seen in comparison to the complexion of the famous transgender actress.
Not only had Detox covered his body in white paint, but he also wore a silver/ grey coloured wig which looked just as hair appears in black and white details.
Making sure every last detail was covered, the look was completed with black nails and dramatic black and white facial make-up.Â

The look no doubt delighted celebrity party goers who had come along to discover who won and celebrate the end of the series.Â
Cher’s son Chaz Bono, who appeared as a guest judge on the show, attended in a black shirt with funky tie and seemed happy to be there as he grinned wildly.
La Toya Jackson was also on hand to party and really pulled out all the stops with her brown velvet looking jumpsuit and brown and gold jacket.Â

While the series has finished RuPaul announced during the twelve episode that he couldn’t make up her mind about who the winner should be.
She decided that the vote would be open to the public and would be revealed when the reunion episode airs.
The winner of the show, which started at the end of January, will not only walk away with the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar, but also a lifetime supply Colorevolution Cosmetics, a one-of-a-kind trip courtesy of AlandChuck.travel, a headlining spot on Logo's Drag Race Tour featuring Absolut Vodka and a cash prize of $100 000.
Santino Rice and Michelle Visage were judges on the show while a whole host of stars were on hand as guest judges, including Camille Grammer and Wilmer Valderrama.Â
