Katy Perry is rumoured to be writing a hate-filled revenge song about her break-up with womaniser John Mayer, a new report claims.
Unlucky-in-love Katy has once or twice sung the bitter words of a break-up song before in the past, namely Ur So Gay, Peacock and Hot N Cold, but close friends of the singer have revealed that this one is just for the ears of the people close to her... For now, anyway.
A source close to the Teenage Dream singer told In Touch magazine: âThis was Katy's form of therapy. She rips John a new one for making her think he wasn't the dog everyone claimed he was.â

This isn't the first time a source close to Katy has described the singer's turn to emotional lyrics as a 'form of therapy'. According to NME, another source close to the star described Katy's break-up from lothario Russell Brand as therapy too: âShe has always said that writing is almost a form of therapy for her and she would often be found in her dressing room on tour writing in her diary.â
Katy's latest poison-spewing song is said to be called Feel Like A Fool, but the 28-year-old is worried about being compared to break-up song queen, Taylor Swift.
The close source revealed that for the moment, the song is for their ears only, but Katy has received such a positive response from the track that a public release could be in the cards.
Fingers crossed!
