It looks like Eva Mendes made out like a bandit.
The Place Beyond The Pines star meant business as she ventured out for a day of retail therapy in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday.
Eva, 39, was dressed very un-diva-like in faded jeans and a short T-shirt that must have been inspired by Native American sand-painting.

Eva, who is known for her impeccable taste in fashion, had more important things on her mind than fussing over her hair and clothes.Â
It was wrapped up so well that no strands were in danger of straying into her eyes.
Adding to her outgoing ensemble were a pair of tan leather boots and large black shoulder bag, and she had a comfy beige sweater tossed over her arm.

While her 32-year-old sweetheart Ryan Gosling was busy at work on his directorial debut, How To Catch A Monster, also filming in Detroit, Eva combed a number of stores in the Midwestern metropolis.
Later in the day Eva returned to the hotel where she is staying with Ryan laden with packages including a box of chocolates and gourmet peanuts from Koeze's.

She had so many items that she needed assistance carrying the loot into the building.
The actress, who has a sideline career as designer, is staying close to her live-in love as he helms the fantasy thriller.
Eva also has a role in the movie which also stars Christina Hendricks, Saoirse Ronan and Matt Smith.
The couple met and fell in love while filming the drama Place Beyond The Pines in 2011 and have been quietly dating ever since.
