Liam Gallagher: 'Oasis Could Reunite On A Small Scale'

The group split in 2009 when the Noel and Liam backstage altercation at a festival

Liam Gallagher has made no secret of the fact that he would like his old band Oasis to reform for their 20th anniversary, despite the fact that he and brother Noel have not spoken in four years.

Liam, who is currently fronting the band Beady Eye, performed ay Glastonbury yesterday (June 28), and as soon as he stepped off stage press aksed the singer if Oaiss were one step closer to reuniting.

The rocker spoke to Gigwise: "Me and our kid [Noel] still don't speak. Without being f**king hippy, it'll happen when it'll happen. If the musical gods want it to happen."

Liam did say that if the group does reform it could possibly be on a smaller scale.

"Wherever it'll be, it will be big. But who's to say it should be big? Maybe it'll be small. If it does happen, we'll be match-fit."

Liam previously vowed to never play Glastonbury again after Oasis headlined the event in 2004.

However, after playing a secret set yesterday at 11:30 and kick starting the entire festival, the 41-year-old has said he now a fan of Glastonbury again.

Speaking to the BBC, Liam said: "Glastonbury's back in the good books. I just had a bad experience but now it's cool again. It's always been cool, it's just me. I'm full of it."
