The once-svelte 44-year-old, who used to host The Biggest Loser, frequently courts the paparazzi to capture her obese figure in tiny bikinis.

But last Tuesday, Rochester went on a hike to Griffith Observatory and boasted of not gaining a single pound while spending a week in Las Vegas.

'Fell out of bed and hiked to Griffith Observatory this morning! Was amaaaaazing! #hollywoodhigh,' she tweeted to her 3,000 followers.
