PRINCE HARRY was never going to miss the biggest gig of the year.
The royal turned up at Glastonbury yesterday in time for plenty of pre-gig ciders before the ROLLING STONES made their Worthy Farm debut.
He was joined by new missus CRESSIDA BONAS, who wore a fine pair of denim dungarees for the occasion.
Her green-rimmed sunglasses and scrunchie hairband would have won her lots of plaudits from festival fashion gurus.
She was snapped carrying a plate of chips in the VIP section.
It was a historic moment for the Royal Family. Not many people connected to them have eaten off a paper plate.
Harry was spotted backstage at the John Peel stage watching surprise act MS MR.
He and his bodyguards tucked into bog standard grub with punters — chicken pad Thai noodles at six quid a pop.
He got to the bar at 2pm and was given a tour by staff, flanked by a number of security guards.
He was wearing a scruffy check shirt and stood at the side of the stage during the gig.
He was with pal ADAM BIDWELL, who is singer KATHERINE JENKINS' other half. Adam is also one of the lads who joined Harry on his trip to Las Vegas last August.
Thankfully, Harry decided to keep his clothes on this time.
