They were last seen on screen together 15 years ago.
But like true Birds Of A Feather the stars of the hit show have flocked together once more to bring back the show for a new series.
A new still that has been released of lead stars Lesley Joseph, Linda Robson and Pauline Quirke show the trio at a market stall as they work on a series to be screened in the spring.
They're back! Lesley Joseph, Linda Robson and Pauline Quirke get filming underway as they begin work on the new series of Birds Of A Feather - 15 years after it was axed
The show - in which Quirke and Robson play sisters sharing a home in the posh Essex town of Chigwell after their husbands were sent to prison - was launched 24 years ago but was axed by the BBC in 1998.
It is now being revived by ITV for a further run which has been written by the original creators Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran.
Joseph returns to the cast as Sharon and Tracey's man-eater friend Dorien in the eight episode run.
Back to work: The girls looked to be enjoying themselves as they started filming once more earlier this week
Reunited: The girls have been acting out a scene where Sharon and Tracey queue up for the book launch of Sixty Shades Of Green - by author 'Foxy Cohen' aka Dorien Green
And the trio have already been spotted getting to work in the rainy streets of London ready for the spring release date.
Pauline, Linda and Lesley were all seen sheltering under umbrellas giggling as they queued up to the book launch of Sixty Shades of Green, written by Foxy Cohen, aka Dorien Green.
The girls were seen giggling as they stood outside holding up their broken umbrellas, as if they'd never been apart.
As they were: The actresses as they appeared on the show in 1992 - it was axed in 1998 after launching in 1989
Dorien later emerged dolled up to the max in a racy black dress with her hair large and plenty of red lipstick on.
It's 15 years since they said goodbye to Birds Of A Feather, which secured ratings today's sitcoms can never hope to emulate.
Lesley has previously said of their success: 'We had 27 million viewers for one Christmas special. It brings it home how much things have changed. I guess we blossomed in the golden age of TV.'
The original show was a family affair too for Pauline and Linda, who each have three children, and Lesley, who has two. 'We had no idea how family-friendly Birds would be,' says Pauline. 'We thought we were signing up for six episodes but it ended up running for more than 100 and represented ten years of our lives.
'But the job was a godsend because it allowed us to put our families first. The schedule meant we could all do the school run in the morning, get to rehearsals for 10am, and still be home in time to pick the kids up again.'
Creator Laurence Marks revealed earlier this year they had originally offered the comeback series to the BBC.
'What we could not have foreseen was that the BBC, not nearly so brave as they were in 1989, had developed a policy not to make 'revivals',' he said.
'We were offered a Christmas Special, but it was a series or nothing, so we spoke to ITV — and within 15 minutes a deal was struck.'
He added: 'I can't give away too many secrets, but I can say that the girls have moved with the times and live very much in 2013.
'They use the internet and they tweet. Thatcherism was the prevailing doctrine when the Birds were first introduced to the British public, now it is Cameronism. The financial crash and recession have made life hard for the likes of Tracey and Sharon. They duck and dive and try to make ends meet.'
